BANANA OATMEAL BREAD 
1 egg
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5 or 6 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat eggs, oil, bananas, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
