WHOLE GRAIN MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
3 tbsp. melted butter or oil
1 c. milk
Chopped nuts, blueberries (optional)

Mix dry ingredients well; add rest and mix only until moist. Grease muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 12 to 16 muffins.
