VERY EDIBLE GREEN BEANS 
2 pkg. frozen green beans, cooked & drained (or use 2 lb. fresh beans)
5 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute beans in butter along with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic for 7-10 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.
