PICANTE SAUCE 
5 qts. ripe tomatoes, chopped
5 med. onions, chopped
1/2 lb. hot peppers (18 jalapenos), chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (opt.)
1 c. white distilled vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
8 tsp. canning salt
6 tsp. garlic salt

Combine ingredients and cook together. Boil for 30 minutes. Pour into hot jars and seal.
