PICANTE SAUCE 
1 gal. fresh, peeled tomatoes
8-10 jalapenos
3-4 bell peppers
2-3 onions
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Cook 30 minutes and seal in jars.
