PEANUT BUTTER CANDY (Microwave) | |
1 c. peanut butter 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Place peanut butter and butter in 2 quart oblong casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap or waxed paper. Cook for 2 minutes on full power. Stir to blend. Add sugar and mix well. Press lightly into dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes on full power. Smooth out chips to cover candy. Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 20 minutes. |
