PEANUT BUTTER CANDY (Microwave) 
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Place peanut butter and butter in 2 quart oblong casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap or waxed paper. Cook for 2 minutes on full power. Stir to blend. Add sugar and mix well. Press lightly into dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes on full power. Smooth out chips to cover candy. Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
