3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Have potatoes cooked and mashed to be very smooth. Mix all ingredients with potatoes. Bake in large baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

If desired, can use 1/2 cup coconut.
