BLUEBERRY TEA BREAD 
2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. grated fresh orange peel
Confectioners sugar

In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in blueberries. In small bowl beat together eggs, milk, oil, and orange peel; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove and cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar before cutting to serve. Makes 1 loaf.
