Cook head of cauliflower in microwave about 15 minutes. Take out of microwave and break into pieces.

Mix: 2 tsp. mayonnaise 1 med. onion, chopped Salt & pepper Package of Cheddar cheese

Pour over cauliflower and put back into microwave about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
