BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage or cubed ham
6 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. chives
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown and drain meat if you use the sausage. Put bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle meat over bread cubes. Beat eggs, salt, milk, dry mustard, and chives together. Pour over bread cubes and meat. Sprinkle cheese on top and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
