CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken thighs
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Oil

Brown thighs in oil. Remove to 2 quart casserole. Drain all but 2 tablespoons oil from pan and saute onion and green pepper. Add catsup, water, Worcestershire and brown sugar. Stir and cook on simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken thighs, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
