STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
2 lbs. ground turkey
2 sm. cans tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 tbsp. garlic salt
3 sm. cans mushrooms

Brown ground turkey and drain. Mix all ingredients together and simmer 2 hours. Cut tops off green peppers and fill. Cook at 325 degrees until pepper is soft enough for a fork to pass through easily. Top with cheese if so desired.
