STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 med. clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce

Core green peppers and blanch in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients together except for 1/2 cup cheese and tomato sauce.

Arrange peppers in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish - stuff with meat, vegetable, rice mixture. Pour tomato sauce over and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
