STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. size bell peppers
1 pkg. dried bread cube plain
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 whole eggs
Sage, salt & pepper to taste
2-3 pkgs. fresh link sausage

Mix all but sausage links until well blended. Add warm water and mix to desired moisture consistency. Spoon bread dressing into prepared bell peppers. Poke 2 to 3 link sausages into each stuffed pepper center. Place bell pepper, lid on top and bake 2 hours.

Bell Peppers: Cut top of bell pepper off and set aside. Clean and rinse peppers well cutting out excess meat of pepper.
