1 c. flour, self rising white
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. frankfurters

Double recipe for more than one package of frankfurters. Insert a stick at one end of frankfurter, dip in batter, deep fry until brown. Deep Fried Onion Rings: Soak onion rings in milk before frying.
