MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. chicken, boiled & boned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or 1 can of chicken & 1 can of mushroom soup)
1 or 2 sm. cans of green chilies, chopped
1 c. chicken broth
Doritos
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, soup, chilies and broth. Pour the chicken over a layer of broken up Doritos. Top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

It can be made ahead and refrigerated until time to bake.
