CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
4-5 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
2 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Cook broccoli in small amount of water until tender. Place in 8 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread with chicken pieces. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Cover with stuffing mixed according to package directions. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Yields 8-10 servings.
