CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli in butter
Chicken cutlets
2 cans cream chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Cook broccoli according to directions. Saute chicken cutlets. Place chicken on top of broccoli in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread mixture over chicken (mushrooms optional). Saute Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix; herb type. Place over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
