FETTUCCINE CON PROSCIUTTO 
1 lb. fettuccine
1/2 lb. prosciutto, diced
1/4 lb. soft butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. green peas (opt.)

Cook fettuccine in boiling water. Saute diced prosciutto slightly. Drain fettuccine and add butter and cheese and toss. When completely covered, toss in the prosciutto and peas and serve. Some may desire freshly milled black pepper.
