FETTUCINI WITH PARMESAN AND
PROSCIUTTO
 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. whipping cream
4 oz. prosciutto, cut into strips
Additional grated cheese
1 lb. freshly cooked fettucini
1 c. Parmesan, grated
Freshly ground pepper

Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add pasta and toss gently to coat. Mix in cream. Simmer until sauce thickens (about 5 minutes). Stir in 1 cup cheese and prosciutto. Season with pepper. Serves 6.
