FETTUCCINE ALFREDO | |
1 stick butter 1 c. heavy cream 1 1/2 c. Pecorino Romano cheese Dash of salt & pepper Heat butter and cream in saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir with a wire whisk until sauce is blended. Heat over low flame. Cook 1 pound box of fettuccine noodles. Pour sauce over noodles and garnish with additional cheese and fresh ground black pepper. Serve at once. |
