STIR-FRY SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Birds Eye Japanese Style Stir-Fry Vegetables
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 c. watercress or shredded lettuce
2 tsp. toasted sesame seed

Cook stir-fry vegetables as directed on package, adding vinegar and soy sauce with the seasonings and water. Arrange watercress on serving platter. Spoon on hot vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
