STRAWBERRY - WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
1 lg. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed with juice
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bake the cake in 2 layers using the low cholesterol recipe on the box. Cool layers thoroughly. Split each layer in half horizontally. Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla together until firm. Set aside 2-3 tablespoons of the juice from the strawberries.

Layer in the following order: Cake; 1/3 of the strawberries with juice; 1/4 whipped cream; cake; 1/3 of the strawberries with juice; 1/4 whipped cream; cake; 1/3 of the strawberries with juice; 1/4 whipped cream; cake; drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of juice you set aside from the strawberries and 1/4 whipped cream.
