STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free Jello brand strawberry flavor gelatin, or any red flavor
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. halved hulled strawberries
1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip, whipped topping

Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add strawberries, reserving 6 halves for garnish, if desired and the whipped topping. Blend at high speed 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into individual glasses. Chill until set, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with reserved strawberries. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings; 30 calories per serving.
