LIGHT STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
3 oz. gelatin (strawberry if available)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup
1 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add cold water and strawberries. Whip cream and combine. Put in serving bowl and chill.
