STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
1 pkg. (4 serve) any red flavor jello
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. softened Cool Whip

Pour boiling water into blender container. Add jello and blend at low speed until dissolved (30 seconds). Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add strawberries (reserving 6 halves for garnish) and Cool Whip. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into individual glasses. Chill until set at least 30 minutes. Garnish with strawberries. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
