STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 egg
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
12 pkg. sugar substitute

Combine egg, gelatin, cornstarch and cold water. Stir to blend. Add boiling water; blend thoroughly. Puree strawberries; add gelatin mixture. Add yogurt and sugar substitute; blend until mixture is smooth. Chill overnight or until set, about 4 hours. Blend again; pour into dessert dishes and serve.
