RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 2/3 c. oil 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sour milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb 1/2 c. raisins or nuts or both Mix and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Before baking, top each loaf with 1 teaspoon melted butter and sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
