GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Mix first 4 ingredients in mixer; add coconut and nuts. Pour in greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 30 minutes.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 quarter butter
1 can milk
2 1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook until it begins to thicken. Add 1 cup nuts and 1 cup coconut.
