SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
7 med. potatoes, cooked (6 c.)
3/4 c. celery
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Salt (to taste)
Celery seed (to taste)

Pour Italian dressing over hot potatoes, refrigerate and let sit for 2 hours. Peel eggs, sieve yolks (or mash) and chop egg whites. Add eggs and all other ingredients; mix well.
