GREAT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen squash or 2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed squash
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. thin cream or milk
2 c. cracker crumbs

If using frozen squash, put in pan over low heat until thawed. Add all other ingredients to squash and mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. People who don't think they like squash often like this dish.
