SCALLOPED CAULIFLOWER 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs, buttered

Cook cauliflower according to directions. Drain and place in buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine soup, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour over cauliflower; stir gently. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
