LIN'S SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 pkg. bacon
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 med. onion, minced
1 pt. half and half
1 tsp. garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 lbs. spaghetti

Brown bacon and drain; set aside. Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter. When onion is tender, add bacon and diced ham. In separate bowl combine eggs, salt and pepper, half and half, cheeses and parsley. Mix together and stir over medium low heat for approximately 10 minutes, then add bacon, ham and onion mixture. Melt remaining butter and pour over hot, cooked spaghetti, stir in meat and cheese mixture.
