OLD FASHIONED PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix all dry ingredients together and beat into the pumpkin. Beat eggs and add to milk. Beat all together into a smooth custard like mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

(If wanted) Cover with meringue using 3 egg whites with 2 teaspoons sugar. Return to oven and brown lightly.
