2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. packed pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

In a medium bowl, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Beat until light and creamy. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 oven 15 minutes.
