CHEESE LOG 
10 oz. cracker barrel cheddar cheese
8 oz. American cheese
3 oz. jar Old English cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Approx. 1 c. chopped pecans

Grind or grate cheeses. Mix all together. Add mayonnaise. Shape into 2-3 logs. Roll in chopped pecans. Chill; can be frozen.
