BANANA BROWNIES 
1 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 inch square pan. With electric mixer beat bananas, sugar, sour cream, oil, cocoa, egg and vanilla until blended.

In small bowl blend flour, soda and salt. Blend both mixtures together. Pour into greased pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 16. Calories 176 per each.
