BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
CRUST:

2 to 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa

Press mixture into pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix: 1 stick butter, softened 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with electric mixer 10 minutes, refrigerate 30 minutes. Then spread mixture into crust followed by: 19 oz. crushed pineapple, drained Strawberries, fresh

Top with 10 oz. Cool Whip and nuts, chocolate shavings and cherries. Refrigerate 8 hours.
