LO - CAL BANANA SPLIT 
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
2 med. bananas (split lengthwise and cut in half)
4 maraschino cherries
1 pt. frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt

Mix cocoa and brown sugar in pan. Add buttermilk and stir over low heat 3-4 minutes until smooth; let cool. Toss berries with granulated sugar. Put 2 bananas in each of 4 dishes. Add 2 scoops of yogurt and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup and 3 tablespoons strawberry sauce. Top with a cherry.

Serves 4 (210 calories per serving).
