BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas, about 3 lg.
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Chocolate Frosting

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large mixer bowl at low speed for 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds. Mix in flour, soda, salt at medium speed. Add nuts. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Frost with chocolate icing when cool.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 cube butter
1/3 c. milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt milk and butter together until hot. Beat in cocoa and sugar until smooth.
