BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

CREAMY FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. 10X sugar
3 tbsp. sour cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, sour cream and mix well. Add bananas, vanilla and dry ingredients and mix well. Spread dough in greased and floured pan and bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Frost when cool.

FROSTING: Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar and sour cream. Beat with mixer until creamy.

Use jelly roll pan, 10"x15". Yield: 30 bars.
