FROSTED SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter (soft )
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs. Beat on low speed for 1 minute. Add bananas and vanilla on low for 30 seconds. Beat in flour and baking soda on medium for 1 minute. Stir in nuts.

Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 pan at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:

1/4 c. butter
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk

Brown butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and mix in confectioners sugar with vanilla and milk. This is easier to spread with a spatula.
