SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans

GOLDEN BUTTER FROSTING (optional) :
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk

Combine honey and butter. Blend in sour cream, eggs, bananas and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in nuts. Spread batter in greased, floured jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

To make frosting, heat butter until lightly browned. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Add milk and beat until smooth. Frost bars.
