CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk (large)
2 tsp. vanilla

Stir sugar and cocoa over low heat for two minutes, don't melt! Add butter, add milk and stir. Increase temperature and bring to boil stirring constantly. Boil one minute, remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm.
