CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp. water
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter

Melt chocolate in liquid and add sugar. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Can be served hot and may be reheated over and over.
