2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients together, then add water and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Use hot or cold as ice cream topping.
