IVY MANDARIN CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix - 4 eggs
1 pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
1/2 c. mandarin orange juice
3 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. oil
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained and chopped
1 c. flaked, toasted coconut
2 1/2 tsp. crushed pineapple

Combine cake mix, eggs, gelatin, juice, flour and oil; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add oranges, coconut and pineapple. Pour into 9x12 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until it springs back to the touch. Cool in pan.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine ingredients; spread over cake.
