MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
11 oz. canned mandarin oranges
3/4 c. Wesson oil

Combine and mix with electric mixer. Divide into three 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Cook butter, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs. Add coconut and spread over layers.
