INTERNATIONAL SALAD | |
1 lg. head lettuce 1 head red cabbage 6 carrots 6 lg. pieces celery 12 radishes 1 green pepper 1 cucumber 1 bunch spring onions 1 sm. cauliflower 1 (No. 2) can garbanzo beans 1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut red cabbage into thin strips. Slice carrots into thin horizontal discs. Cut celery into bite-sized pieces. Cut radishes into thin horizontal discs. Cut pepper, cucumber and onions into bite-sized pieces and break cauliflower into small florets. Drain garbanzo beans. Toss all ingredients, except dressing, to mix well. Add dressing just before serving. Yields 18 servings. |
