TOMATO CORN SKILLET 
6 pieces bacon, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. peeled & quartered tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. whole kernel corn

Fry bacon until brown. Add onion and fry until browned, blend in flour. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer about 3 minutes until thickened. Add corn, heat through and serve.
